Terms of Return

We understand that investing in professional development is a significant decision, and we strive to ensure our clients are wholly satisfied with their experience. This Terms of Return section outlines our policies regarding program cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing to our legal team at legal@peakperformacad.com . We recommend including your order details, including your full name, contact information, and the specific program title you wish to cancel. This helps us process your request efficiently.
If you decide to cancel your enrollment in a training program, you may be eligible for a full refund if your cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance may incur a cancellation fee, which will be clearly stated in the program's registration details. This policy ensures that we can manage our resources effectively while still accommodating our clients.
In the event that Peak Perform Acad must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued. We understand the importance of your time and investment, and we aim to minimize any inconvenience caused by such cancellations.
Exchanges for different training programs may be permitted under certain conditions. If you wish to switch to another program, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any additional fees associated with the new program will be communicated clearly before processing your request.
All refund requests will be processed within 14 days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
For individuals who have attended a portion of a program and wish to request a refund, our policy is to evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. We believe that attending the initial sessions can provide valuable insights, and therefore, refunds may be limited depending on the extent of participation.
